Tasting Notes: The nose is pleasant and expresses notes of wild white and yellow flowers and white pulp fruit like grapefruit. In the mouth the wine is fresh and easy to drink. It's sapidity recalls the mediterranean sea breezes that blow through the vineyards. The taste expresses citrus (lemon and lime), green apple and pear and aromas of white peach. The minerality lingers with notes of limestone and wet stones.
