2019 “Sciala” Vermentino di Gallura Superiore DOCG by Surrau
Grape: 100% Vermentino
Region: Sardinia
Tasting Notes: Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The bouquet is intense with notes of exotic, tropical fruits (pineapple and bananas) and flowers (honeysuckle). On the palate the wine is soft and expansive with flavors of fruits like apricot, yellow peach, lemon drop and vegetal notes reminiscent of the Mediterranean vegetation. The finish is long and persistent with refreshing minerality and sapidity.
