Tasting Notes: The wine is deep straw yellow. On the nose the wine is elegant and complex, with notes of ripe fruits like pear and apricot; flowers as acacia and hawthorn: balsamic tones of licorice and a whole series of rosemary, thyme, basil, pine, resin and rocks. The aftertaste is characterized by honey and hints of toasted hazelnut. In the mouth the taste is persistent and aromatic, with superb minerality. The wine is full-bodied, smooth and balanced with a savory citrus flavor. The balance between acidity and minerality is dense, a rocky texture is woven with honey and toasted almonds. The finish of Mediterranean scrub, flowers, salt and the classic almond is splendid and keeps your mouth watering and requiring more and more.
